Irresponsible Fashion Ads

Do these advertisements rise the bar for creativity or do they just rise some eyebrows?

Advertisements conjure mixed emotions among us all. They have the ability to move us, inspire us, engage us and enrage us.

The advertisement below have been known to get second glances as many feel they are dare I say ‘irresponsible’.

I for one believe that you can’t silence expression. But I’d love to hear from you, the readers. What are your thoughts on these ads?

Marc Jacobs

Whoops! She’s fallen into her Marc Jacob’s bag and can’t get up!

Dior

Defining the laws of gravity in stiletto heels while carefully climbing a top the Eiffel Tower.

Dolce & Gabbana

Laughing in the face of hypothermia.

Chanel

Playing in the streets!

Miu Miu

Does she not see what’s wrong with this picture?

Share, discuss and let me know what you think.

    • The Mui Mui ad actually was banned in the UK. However, the creatives claimed that the model was not in any direct danger. Although she was sitting on a train track, she was not bound. She could freely move. In my opinion, it’s done to get people talking and I think that’s the intention. So I guess it’s a success on their part.
